OFFICIAL RULES FOR WORLD BASS ENTERPRISES “MERCHANT STORE” SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. The World Bass Enterprises “Merchant Store” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) July 6, 2026 and ends 11:59 PM ET September 20, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").

2. Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of World Bass Enterprises, LLC (“Sponsor”), Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C. (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors and suppliers, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter or win. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

3. During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes in one (1) of the following two (2) ways:

(i.) Via the Merchant Store: Visit https://wbe-the-champions.checkoutstores.com/ and complete one (1) or more qualifying purchases through the Merchant Store using the same e-mail address at checkout. Entrants will receive ten (10) entries for every $50.00 spent on eligible merchandise purchases (excluding sales tax, shipping and any other fees associated with the transaction). Entries will be awarded at the rate of ten (10) entries for each $50.00 increment spent (up to a maximum total of one hundred (100) entries attainable per person). Multiple purchases completed during the Sweepstakes Period using the same e-mail address at checkout will be aggregated for purposes of calculating entries to be received. Entries will be awarded only for whole $50.00 increments spent. For example, if during the Sweepstakes Period an entrant completes one Merchant Store purchase with an eligible pre-tax total of $65.00 and subsequently completes a second Merchant Store purchase with an eligible pre-tax total of $40.00, the entrant would have a pre-tax eligible merchandise purchase total of $105.00 and therefore receive twenty (20) entries. Non-merchandise charges (i.e. taxes, shipping and handling, etc.) will not count toward purchase total for entry eligibility. Merchant Store returns during the Sweepstakes Period will result in the corresponding purchase value being deducted from entrant’s eligible merchandise purchase total and may therefore result in forfeiture of applicable entry(ies) received. Limit one hundred (100) total entries attainable via this method of entry per person, per household and per e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period. Purchases must be completed by 11:59 PM ET on September 20, 2026 to be eligible via this method of entry.

(ii.) Via Mail: To receive ten (10) entries without making a purchase, hand-print on a 3" x 5" card your first and last name, date of birth, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number (including area code) and e-mail address and send in a stamped #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: World Bass Enterprises “Merchant Store” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1, Ironia, NJ 07845. Each eligible mail-in request will receive ten (10) entries. Limit ten (10) mail-in requests per person and per household during the Sweepstakes Period. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 21, 2026 and received by September 28, 2026 to be eligible. Submission of erroneous or incomplete information will void the submitted entry. Entries via mail must be sent in a separate outer mailing envelope. Entries via mail that are sent in business reply envelopes, that utilize address labels or stickers, that are photocopied, hand-stamped, computer-generated or otherwise mechanically reproduced, that are not mailed in separate outer mailing envelopes, or that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules will not be honored or acknowledged.

There is a maximum total limit of one hundred (100) entries attainable per person, per household and per e-mail address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. If entries are received in excess of the stated limitation from any person or household or e-mail address, regardless of method of entry, only the first one hundred (100) entries received from such person, household or e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period will be eligible for entry. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account subscriber of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant (as long as such person is otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules) and required to comply with these Official Rules and all requirements set forth herein. “Authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. By submitting an entry, the entrant consents to being contacted by phone, e-mail or text message, as applicable, if selected as the potential winner.

4. A random drawing will be conducted on or about September 29, 2026 to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries received and combined during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Grand Prize package (1): The Grand Prize package consists of: A pre-owned Ranger boat, Z521R 55th Anniversary Limited Edition, 2023,2023 Mercury Pro XS 250 with 183 hours and other pre-selected options and customizations as specified by the Sponsor (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) $70,000.00; a boat cover (ERV $800.00); three (3) life vests (ERV $180.00); delivery of the boat (ERV $1,500.00); and $12,000.00, awarded in the form of a $12,000.00 check (which may be used by winner to cover any boat administrative or miscellaneous fees and off-set tax implications). The total maximum ERV of Grand Prize package is $84,480.00. Winner will be responsible for all taxes (including federal, state and local taxes) and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of Grand Prize not described herein as being awarded, including but not limited to boat registration, license and insurance, boat slip, boat trailer, storage equipment, towing hitch and vehicle capable of towing boat on a boat trailer (if applicable). All Grand Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

All elements of the Grand Prize package must be claimed by confirmed winner as described herein. The winner must accept delivery of the boat at a location agreed to by winner and Sponsor by November 6, 2026. Sponsor will coordinate delivery arrangements with the winner. Delivery may require winner to transfer boat onto a boat trailer that will not be provided. If the winner fails to receive the Grand Prize within the time specified, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify such winner and select an alternate winner from the remaining qualifying entries. Grand Prize recipient will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, title and insurance, registration and licensing fees, boat dealer preparation fees, and/or additional options, equipment or upgrades; and for any other fees or costs associated with the Grand Prize received, regardless of whether the Grand Prize, in whole or in part, is used. The Grand Prize is non-transferable, with no equivalents or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The boat will be pre-owned, with pre-selected options and customizations as specified by the Sponsor. Dependent on winner’s jurisdiction of residence, winner may be required to have a valid boating safety certification (or license, if required by state of residence) and provide proof of boat insurance to take delivery of the boat. All Grand Prize details not chosen by the winner will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Grand Prize details and availability are subject to change, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide the winner with any component of the Grand Prize, the Sponsor may elect to provide winner with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize component of comparable or greater value. Grand Prize is awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Any such warranty and/or guarantee on any element of the prize (if any) are subject to the manufacturer terms therefore, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee. Winner assumes all risks associated with the use, operation, and maintenance of the prize, as applicable. The ERV of the Grand Prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of the Grand Prize awarded to the winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Grand Prize, if legitimately claimed, will be awarded. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen prize or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for, and winner will not receive the difference, if any, between the actual value of the Grand Prize at the time of award and the stated ERV in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related correspondence or material.

6. Potential winner will be notified by phone, e-mail or text message (Data rates may apply. See your wireless carrier for text message rates and capabilities). In the event that any e-mail or text message to potential winner is returned as undeliverable, any phone number provided by potential winner is incorrect or no longer in service, a response to any given e-mail, text message, or phone call/voice message is not received within two (2) business days of date of its issuance or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Grand Prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. If winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in their state of residence, Grand Prize may be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian who will be required to comply with all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. Potential winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release, an IRS Form W-9 and, where legal, a publicity release within three (3) days of date of issuance of those documents or the Grand Prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner. Grand Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. In the event potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules or Grand Prize or Grand Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Grand Prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of the Grand Prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the Grand Prize may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed.

7. By participating, entrants agree as follows: a) to abide by these Official Rules, and to the decisions of Sponsor and/or the judging organization, which shall be final and binding in all respects; b) to the use of their name and/or likenesses and/or biographical data by Sponsor and its designees if selected as the winner for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any or all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification (except where prohibited by law); and c) THAT THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, RETAILERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND SUPPLIERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY TO AN ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE GRAND PRIZE. THE BOAT MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL APPLY AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE IS PROVIDED TO WINNER WITH RESPECT TO THE GRAND PRIZE. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, delayed, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic, printing, typographical or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors, problems or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, failed or declined purchase transactions, the tabulation or compilation of purchase transactions, the announcement of the Grand Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials or for any damage to entrant’s or other person’s hardware or software as a result of participation. Released Parties are also not responsible for entries, or e-mail that are lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or postage due, or garbled or delayed by computer transmissions and all such entries are void. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely deter¬mined by the Sponsor and/or the judging organization will be disqualified, and their entries will be void. Every submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual participant and repetitive automated electronic submission of entries is specifically disallowed. Use of script, macro or automated entry software or programs or any other means that subvert the entry process is prohibited and all such entries will be void. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to Acts of God, epidemic or pandemic, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof and/or terminate the participation of any participant (and void all associated entries) whose conduct potentially compromises the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its sole discretion to award the Grand Prize in a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the act requiring such termination. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to damage the website or app or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of laws principles, with venue in Eastland County, Texas.

8. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE THAT A) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, IF ANY; B) ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY COMPENSATION OR CREDIT TO BE PROVIDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION AND EXCLUSIVELY BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT (“FAA”, Title 9 of the United States Code) UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION; C) THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT SHALL GOVERN THE INTERPRETATION, ENFORCEMENT AND ALL PROCEEDINGS AT SUCH ARBITRATION; AND D) JUDGMENT UPON SUCH ARBITRATION AWARD MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION WITH REGARD TO THIS PROMOTION, THEN WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR ENTRY, YOU MAY OPT-OUT OF THIS, AND ONLY THIS, PART OF THE OFFICIAL RULES BY NOTIFYING THE SPONSOR OF SUCH OPT-OUT REQUEST BY PROVIDING WRITTEN NOTICE AND MAILING SUCH NOTICE TO: WORLD BASS ENTERPRISES “MERCHANT STORE” SWEEPSTAKES – ARBITRATION REJECTION, P.O. BOX 295, GAINESVILLE, VA 20156. ANY OPT-OUT RECEIVED AFTER THE THIRTY (30) DAY TIME PERIOD WILL NOT BE VALID AND YOU MUST PURSUE YOUR CLAIM, IF ANY, VIA ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARD SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL YOU BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER LEGAL COSTS OR EXPENSES.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU OPT-OUT OF THIS MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION, ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY A FEDERAL OR STATE COURT LOCATED IN EASTLAND COUNTY, TEXAS.

9. Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), currently located at https://www.worldbassenterprises.com/privacy-policy; provided, that in the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail.

10. The name of the winner (available after October 31, 2026) and/or a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by mailing a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: World Bass Enterprises “Merchant Store” Sweepstakes - Winner/Rules (please specify which), P.O. Box 295, Gainesville, VA 20156, for receipt no later than December 31, 2026. VT residents omit return postage on rules requests.
