OFFICIAL RULES FOR WORLD BASS ENTERPRISES “THE CHAMPIONS” SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII AND WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. The World Bass Enterprises “The Champions” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) July 14, 2026 and ends 11:59 PM ET November 1, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes consists of two (2) separate drawing periods (each, a “Drawing Period”), as follows: Drawing Period 1: July 14, 2026 through August 20, 2026; and Drawing Period 2: July 14, 2026 through November 1, 2026.
2. Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. To be eligible to win the Drawing Period 1 prize (described below), entrants must: (i) be amateur anglers (must not be a professional angler or an angler who has not fished for the Bassmaster Elite series, Major League Fishing’s Bass Pro Tour, or the National Professional Fishing League in current year or prior.); and (ii) have previously participated in at least five (5) bass fishing tournaments. Entrants who do not satisfy these requirements may still enter the Sweepstakes and be eligible to win prizes awarded in Drawing Period 2. Employees of World Bass Enterprises, LLC (“Sponsor”), Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C. (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors and suppliers, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter or win. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
3. During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes in one (1) of the following two (2) ways:
(i.) Via Purchase: Visit https://thechampionstournament.eventbrite.com/ and complete one (1) qualifying pay-per-view purchase for a streaming subscription for “The Champions” pay-per-view event to receive ten (10) entries into Drawing Period 2 and ten (10) entries into Drawing Period 1, if applicable. All entries will be entered into Drawing Period 2. To enter Drawing Period 1, confirm that you meet all the eligibility criteria defined above in Section 2 and then select the associated checkbox. Limit one (1) qualifying pay-per-view purchase per person and per household for a total maximum of ten (10) entries attainable via this method of entry.
(ii.) Via Mail: To receive ten (10) entries in Drawing Period 2 without making a purchase, hand-print on a 3" x 5" card your first and last name, date of birth, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number (including area code) and e-mail address and send in a stamped #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: World Bass Enterprises “The Champions” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 51, Ironia, NJ 07845. To receive ten (10) entries in Drawing Period 1 without making a purchase, confirm you meet all of the eligibility criteria defined above in Section 2, hand-print on a 3" x 5" card your first and last name, date of birth, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number (including area code) and e-mail address and send in a stamped #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: World Bass Enterprises “The Champions - Drawing Period 1” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 51, Ironia, NJ 07845. Each eligible mail-in request will receive ten (10) entries into Drawing Period 2 and ten (10) entries into Drawing Period 1, if applicable. Limit one (1) mail-in request per person and per household during the Sweepstakes Period. To be eligible for the Drawing Period 1 drawing, mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 20, 2026 and received by August 27, 2026. To be eligible for the Drawing Period 2 drawing, mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 1, 2026 and received by November 8, 2026. Submission of erroneous or incomplete information will void the submitted entry. Entries via mail must be sent in a separate outer mailing envelope. Entries via mail that are sent in business reply envelopes, that utilize address labels or stickers, that are photocopied, hand-stamped, computer-generated or otherwise mechanically reproduced, that are not mailed in separate outer mailing envelopes, or that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules will not be honored or acknowledged.
There is a maximum total limit of ten (10) entries attainable per person, per household and per e-mail address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received during Drawing Period 1, regardless of method of entry, will be eligible for the Drawing Period 1 drawing as long as the entrant is eligible for the Drawing Period 1 drawing and, if not selected as a winner, will automatically carry over and remain eligible for the Drawing Period 2 drawing. Entries received after the close of Drawing Period 1 will be eligible for the Drawing Period 2 drawing only. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. If entries are received in excess of the stated limitation from any person or household or e-mail address, regardless of method of entry, only the first ten (10) entries received from such person, household or e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period will be eligible for entry. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account subscriber of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant and required to comply with these Official Rules and all requirements set forth herein. “Authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. By submitting an entry, the entrant consents to being contacted by phone, e-mail or text message, as applicable, if selected as the potential winner.
4. Drawings:
Drawing Period 1 drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on or about August 28, 2026 to select two (2) potential Drawing Period 1 Prize winners from among all eligible entries received during Drawing Period 1.
Drawing Period 2 drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on or about November 9, 2026 to select five (5) potential Drawing Period 2 Prize Choice winners from among all eligible entries received during Drawing Period 2, including eligible non-winning entries carried over from Drawing Period 1. Such winners will be ranked in the order drawn. Beginning with the highest-ranked verified Prize Choice winner and continuing sequentially through the remaining verified Prize Choice winners, each winner will be provided the opportunity to select one (1) available Prize Choice prize from among the remaining unclaimed Prize Choice prizes. Once a Prize Choice prize has been selected, it will no longer be available for selection by subsequent winners. Sponsor reserves the right to establish reasonable prize-selection procedures and deadlines. If a winner fails to timely make a selection, Sponsor may select a remaining Prize Choice prize on such winner’s behalf.
Drawings will be conducted by Trymark Consulting Group, L.L.C., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Prizes:
Drawing Period 1 Prize packages (2): Each Drawing Period 1 Prize package consists of an opportunity for the selected winner ONLY to participate in The Champions 2026 fishing event (the “Event”) currently scheduled to take place in Nashville, TN from 10/28/2026 – 11/1/2026. The prize package also consists of the following for winner and guest: (i) standard occupancy accommodations for seven (7) days/six (6) nights at a hotel designated by Sponsor (one (1) room; double occupancy) beginning on October 25, 2026; (ii) a $3,000.00 stipend (for winner only, awarded in the form of a $3,000.00 check); (iii) meals as determined by Sponsor; and (iv) the opportunity to participate in Event-related activities designated by Sponsor such as Media and Opening Ceremonies, a concert/music event and attendance at the Champions dinner. Each Drawing Period 1 maximum total Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) is $6,000.00 and the maximum ERV of all prize packages combined in Drawing Period 1 is $12,000.00. Each winner is solely responsible for all transportation to and from the Event, including boat and equipment, ground transportation, fuel, and related travel expenses not expressly included in the prize package. Each winner must satisfy all eligibility requirements applicable to Drawing Period 1 and, as a condition of prize acceptance, must provide his or her own fishing equipment and shall be solely responsible for transporting such equipment to and from the Event. Travel must be completed between the dates specified above. If a potential winner is unable to complete travel between dates specified above, the prize package will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. If, for whatever reason, any portion of the trip is cancelled or postponed, no compensation or substitution will be provided and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such winner. Hotel accommodations and any Sponsor-designated activities will be coordinated through Sponsor’s agent. Guest of each winner must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18), unless he/she is winner’s child or legal ward. Guest (or winner, if guest is winner’s child or legal ward) must execute and return a travel liability/publicity release prior to travel. Each winner and guest must comply with all applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. Each winner and guest must comply with all applicable Event rules and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to deny participation or remove winner and/or guest from any destination location or Event if either engage in illegal conduct or behave in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any destination location or Event or appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Each winner will be responsible for all taxes (including federal, state, and local taxes) and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not described herein as being awarded, including but not limited to transporting equipment, ground transportation, additional meals, gratuities and souvenirs. Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute the prize or portion of the prize with one of comparable or greater value.
Drawing Period 2 Prizes (5 total):
Prize Choice packages (5 total): Two (2) ATV Prizes, one (1) Beach Getaway Prize package, one (1) Guided Fishing Trip Prize package, and one (1) Alligator Hunting Getaway Prize package are available. Verified Prize Choice winners will select from the remaining available Prize Choice packages below in the order described in Sec. 4.
ATV Prizes (2 available): Each winner will receive one (1) 2026, four (4) passenger ATV, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (maximum ERV $30,000.00). Each winner is responsible for title, applicable taxes, license, registration, insurance, safety training or other state-mandated training if applicable and all other fees associated with receipt and/or use of the prize. Sponsor shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with the prize pursuant to the Sweepstakes and/or any person’s participation in the Sweepstakes. Each prize will be delivered to the winner’s residence on a mutually agreed upon date and time. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the prize, and delivery is subject to availability and local dealer conditions. Sponsor will use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver each prize within sixty (60) days of completion of each winner’s verification process. Each winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the prize after it has been delivered to the agreed delivery site. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except as provided herein at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of comparable or greater value, at their sole discretion.
Beach Getaway Prize package (1): One (1) beach getaway trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to San Juan, Puerto Rico. The beach getaway package consists of: (i) roundtrip coach commercial air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to San Juan, Puerto Rico; (ii) standard occupancy accommodations for six (6) days/five (5) nights at a hotel designated by Sponsor (one (1) room); and (iii) a $1,300.00 stipend (for winner only, awarded in the form of a $1,300.00 check). Total maximum ERV of Beach Getaway Prize package is $4,500.00.
Guided Fishing Trip Prize package (1): A two (2)-day guided fishing trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) on O.H. Ivie Reservoir with professional fishing guide Dalton Smith, to be scheduled between March and May, 2027 (subject to guide availability). The fishing trip package consists of: (i) roundtrip coach commercial air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to O.H. Ivie Lake, TX; (ii) standard occupancy accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights at Elm Creek RV & Campgrounds (one (1) room); and (iii) an $800.00 stipend (for winner only, awarded in the form of an $800.00 check). Total maximum ERV of Guided Fishing Trip Prize package is $3,000.00.
Alligator Hunting Getaway Prize package (1): One (1) alligator hunting getaway trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to San Mateo, FL. The hunting getaway package consists of: (i) roundtrip coach commercial air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to San Mateo, FL; (ii) standard occupancy accommodations for three days (3) days/two (2) nights at a hotel designated by Sponsor (one (1) room); (iii) a professionally guided alligator hunting excursion; and (iv) a $1,000.00 stipend (for winner only, awarded in the form of a $1,000.00 check). Total maximum ERV of Alligator Hunting Getaway Prize package is $3,500.00.
The values for travel portions of the prizes are an estimate made before the Sweepstakes start date. Actual values of trip portions of prizes may vary based upon location of each departure city. Travel must be completed between the dates specified by Sponsor and no later than June 30, 2027. If potential winner is unable to complete travel between dates specified by Sponsor, such prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. If a winner resides within a one hundred (100)-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. If, for whatever reason, any portion of a trip is cancelled or postponed, no compensation or substitution will be provided and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such winner. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice no later than at least four (4) weeks prior to departure date. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. Each winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination and return date. No stopovers are permitted on airline tickets issued as a prize; if a stopover occurs, the prize will terminate at the stopover point and full fare will be charged for the remaining segments, including the return, of the trip. The “Released Parties” (as defined below) are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Each guest of each winner must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18), unless he/she is winner’s child or legal ward. Each guest (or winner, if a guest is winner’s child or legal ward) must execute and return a travel liability/publicity release prior to travel. Each winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all travel documents required by airline and comply with all applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. Each winner and guest must comply with all applicable Event rules and regulations, as applicable. Sponsor reserves the right to deny participation or remove any winner and/or their guest from any destination location or Event if either engage in illegal conduct or behave in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any destination location or event or appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Total maximum ERV of all prizes combined is $83,000.00. Winners will be responsible for all taxes (including federal, state, and local taxes) and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not described herein as being awarded, including but not limited to luggage fees, additional ground transportation, meals, gratuities and souvenirs, as applicable. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute a prize or portion of a prize with one of comparable or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per person, per household and per e-mail address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
6. Potential winners will be notified by phone, e-mail or text message (Data rates may apply. See your wireless carrier for text message rates and capabilities). In the event that any e-mail or text message to potential winner is returned as undeliverable, any phone number provided by potential winner is incorrect or no longer in service, a response to any given e-mail, text message, or phone call/voice message is not received within two (2) business days of date of its issuance or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. If a winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence, such prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be required to comply with all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. Potential winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release, an IRS Form W-9 and, where legal, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance of those documents or the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner. If Sponsor so elects, potential winners may be required to submit to, and cooperate in, a confidential background check to confirm eligibility and to help ensure that the use of any such person and advertising or publicity for the Sweepstakes will not bring Sponsor into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sweepstakes or the Sponsor as determined by Sponsor and their sole discretion. If requested, potential winners will agree to such background check, will provide the requested information within twenty-four hours of issuance to complete the background check, and understand and agree that Sponsor may disqualify, in its sole discretion, the potential winners based on the results of the background check. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or portion of a prize with one of comparable or greater value. In the event a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules or prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for such prize.
7. By participating, entrants agree as follows: a) to abide by these Official Rules, and to the decisions of Sponsor and/or the judging organization, which shall be final and binding in all respects; b) to the use of their name and/or likenesses and/or biographical data by Sponsor and its designees if selected as a winner for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any or all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification (except where prohibited by law); and c) THAT THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, RETAILERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND SUPPLIERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY TO AN ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE (INCLUDING ANY TRAVEL OR ACTIVITY RELATED THERETO). PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT FOR ANY APPLICABLE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, delayed, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone, computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic, printing, typographical or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors, problems or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, failed or declined purchase transactions, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials or for any damage to entrant’s or other person’s hardware or software as a result of participation. Released Parties are also not responsible for entries, or e-mail that are lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or postage due, or garbled or delayed by computer transmissions and all such entries are void. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely deter¬mined by the Sponsor and/or the judging organization will be disqualified, and their entries will be void. Every submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual participant and repetitive automated electronic submission of entries is specifically disallowed. Use of script, macro or automated entry software or programs or any other means that subvert the entry process is prohibited and all such entries will be void. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to Acts of God, epidemic or pandemic, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes, either Drawing Period, or any portion thereof and/or terminate the participation of any participant (and void all associated entries) whose conduct potentially compromises the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its sole discretion to award any available prize(s) in a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received for the applicable Drawing Period (or both Drawing Periods, as applicable) prior to the act requiring such termination. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to damage the website or app or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws principles, with venue in Eastland County, Texas.
8. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE THAT A) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, IF ANY; B) ALL CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY COMPENSATION OR CREDIT TO BE PROVIDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION AND EXCLUSIVELY BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT (“FAA”, Title 9 of the United States Code) UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION; C) THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT SHALL GOVERN THE INTERPRETATION, ENFORCEMENT AND ALL PROCEEDINGS AT SUCH ARBITRATION; AND D) JUDGMENT UPON SUCH ARBITRATION AWARD MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION WITH REGARD TO THIS PROMOTION, THEN WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR ENTRY, YOU MAY OPT-OUT OF THIS, AND ONLY THIS, PART OF THE OFFICIAL RULES BY NOTIFYING THE SPONSOR OF SUCH OPT-OUT REQUEST BY PROVIDING WRITTEN NOTICE AND MAILING SUCH NOTICE TO: WORLD BASS ENTERPRISES “THE CHAMPIONS” SWEEPSTAKES – ARBITRATION REJECTION, P.O. BOX 295, GAINESVILLE, VA 20156. ANY OPT-OUT RECEIVED AFTER THE THIRTY (30) DAY TIME PERIOD WILL NOT BE VALID AND YOU MUST PURSUE YOUR CLAIM, IF ANY, VIA ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARD SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL YOU BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER LEGAL COSTS OR EXPENSES.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU OPT-OUT OF THIS MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION, ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY A FEDERAL OR STATE COURT LOCATED IN EASTLAND COUNTY, TEXAS.
9. Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time), currently located at https://www.worldbassenterprises.com/privacy-policy; provided, that in the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail.
10.
